Since the company inception, we have always been committed to the research, application and development of lightweight foaming technology of polyolefin environment-friendly polymer materials for the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction. Lowcell adopts carbon dioxide supercritical fluid physical foaming technology (SCF) to continuously extrude and shape in one time. An independent bubble unit with uniform distribution is formed inside the polymer resin, and the micron sized bubbles with high thermal insulation are enclosed therein. It has high heat insulation, sound insulation, buffering and flame retardancy, strong energy absorption and high dimensional stability. The lightweight density can reach 0.1-0.6g/cm3. In terms of rigidity, the bending modulus reaches 50% before foaming. In terms of toughness, the impact strength and low temperature resistance of the modified material can be greatly improved on the basis of maintaining the high temperature resistance of the polymer itself. At the same time, it has smooth surface, soft feel, waterproof, antibacterial, mildew resistant, UV resistant, anti-aging, acid and alkali resistant, low dielectric constant, suitable for processing such as needle sewing, heat setting, ultrasonic welding, molding and plastic absorption, and solvent-free coating and compounding. Since there is no crosslinking, it can be completely recycled and reused.
