XPE, namely chemical cross-linked polyethylene foaming material, is made of low-density polyethylene resin, cross-linking agent and foaming agent through continuous foaming at high temperature. Compared with EPE (physical foamed polyethylene, commonly known as pearl wool), it has higher tensile strength and thinner foam cells. Compared with other PE or non PE materials, XPE materials have excellent performance in durability, light resistance, physical impact resistance, etc. XPE has stable chemical properties, is not easy to decompose, has no smell, and has good elasticity. It is the preferred material for making creeping pads, sound insulation layers, heat insulation layers and car mats.
