NORSEAL ® Silicon series F20/F12 Sealing

F20, a series of silicone foam products, combines the unique flame retardant and low toxic gas release performance. Product shows excellent compression resistance, aging resistance and low density performance. It can be used as fireproof and heat insulation gasket, sealing material and cushioning and shock absorption material under extremely harsh conditions.

F20 can be used for sealing EV power battery box. Due to the long-term influence of temperature changes, moisture and dust, the sealing performance of the battery box is damaged. Due to its excellent watertightness, low elastic loss and wide application temperature, F20 silicone foam can be watertight by only compressing 30%, meeting the IPX7 waterproof grade.
