Polymer polyols which are based on general or high resilience polyether polyols are synthesized by free radical graft polymerization with initiator and monomers of styrene and acrylonitrile under specific temperature and nitrogen protection. They are characterized by BHT free, low monomer residues, low viscosity and high solid content .
