2024年9月4日,国际安全运输协会中国委员会(ISTA中国)联合Interfoam China 2024上海国际发泡材料技术工业展览会,将于上海新国际博览中心组织召开包装用发泡材料的物流供应链降本与回收再利用论坛。同期举办2024 ISTA 中国年会及2024 ISTA中国运输包装设计大赛总决赛,旨在有机协同产业链上下游企业,构筑互利共赢的产业链合作体系,围绕以发泡材料在包装领域的循环利用、降本增效等一系列创新应用及解决方案。

李斌博士于2007年加入陶氏化学亚太研发中心,历任电线电缆研发专员,大中华区及亚太区对外技术合作经理(2012),碳氢化合物高级研发经理(美国休斯顿, 2014),包装与特种塑料事业部亚太技术经理(2015),核心研发部高级研发科学家(2021),负责LCA及碳管理,以及新能源汽车材料技术平台。2022年初加入东华大学先进低维材料中心担任高级研究员,筹建“高分子材料碳中和”课题组。
Dr. Li has joined Dow Chemical’s Asia Pacific R&D center in 2007, starting as a research specialist in Wire & Cable compound, and by 2012 become External Technology Leader for Greater China and later Asia Pacific. In 2014, he has been assigned to the one-year CEO exchange program and relocated to Freeport, TX, working as a senior research scientist in the Hydrocarbon R&D. By 2015 he has been repatriated back to Shanghai and joined the Packaging & Specialty Plastic business, responsible for value chain engagement and later plastic circular economy. By 2021 he joined Corporate Research and responsible for the LCA center of expertise in Asia Pacific and also technical leader for the newly formed Mobility platform, focusing on developing next generation materials for electric vehicles. He joined Donghua University by April of 2022 and lead the “Plastics Carbon Neutrality” platform.

马先生是一位在多领域有可持续发展经验的专家,致力于循环经济产品研发以及供应链管理。加入Kmart之前,马先生曾于国际知名咨询公司以及多个欧洲零售企业工作,担任技术经理与可持续发展专家,协助可持续发展平台建立以及可持续发展理念的传递, 同时也是绿色再生塑料供应链应用小组副组长,PINFA中国无卤阻燃协会可持续发展顾问。马先生本科毕业于华东理工大学,获得精细化工专业学士学位,于美国新泽西理工大学获得化学专业硕士学位,东华大学高分子在职博士,交通大学中英低碳学院研究生产业导师。
Mr. Ma is the expert on sustainability who has the experience across various industries, supporting circular economy on product innovation and supply chain delivery. Before joining Kmart, he used to be the technical manager of the world famous consulting company, and EU retailers on sustainability platform development and sustainable concept delivery, meanwhile as the deputy lead of Geen Plastic Recycling Group, and Sustainability consultant of PINFA (Halogen Free Flame Retardant Association) China. Mr. Ma holds the master degree in Chemical of New Jersey Institute of Technology and a bachelor degree in Fine chemistry of East China University of Science and Technology, PHD candidate of Donghua University in Advanced Material, Industry advisor of Jiao Tong University – China & UK Low Carbon School .

塑料污染已经和全球气候变暖已经共同成为了全球优先的可持续发展议题,各主要经济体和品牌商也都在各自的政策和承诺将该话题加入了优先级。终止塑料污染国际文书谈判第四届会议(INC4)于今年四月底在加拿大召开,着重于塑料产品与包装的设计,材料于化学品的限制使用,展现了联合国环境署在终止塑料污染上了雄心,在谈判过程中同时也在现实端展现了供应链的复杂性和执行端的挑战。例如发泡塑料包装被大量成员国在草案中拟定为禁用材质,但同时原材料企业联盟发出了产业的声音。因此,如何积极应对法规挑战与自我创新势在发泡塑料行业必行。
Plastic pollution has become a global priority sustainable development issue along with global warming. Major economies and brands have also prioritized this topic in their respective policies and commitments. The Fourth Session of the Negotiations on an International Instrument to End Plastic Pollution (INC4) was held in Canada at the end of April this year. It focused on the design of plastic products and packaging, and the restricted use of materials and chemicals. It demonstrated the ambition of the United Nations Environment Programme to end plastic pollution. During the negotiation process, it also demonstrated the complexity of the supply chain and the challenges of implementation in reality. For example, foam plastic packaging is proposed as a banned material in the draft by many member states, but at the same time, the raw material enterprise alliance has made the industry's voice. Therefore, how to actively respond to regulatory challenges and self-innovation is imperative for the foam plastic industry.

Mr. Rendy Ren is the GM of Shanghai RECYCLE Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Before joining RECYCLE Env., he worked in Tetra Pak China Environmental (Sustainability) department and in charge of the waste packaging collection and recycling task, FSC, LCA, renewable electricity using and other sustainability related tasks. He has the qualifications of Carbon Asset Manager, SA8000 social responsibility auditor, soild waste treatment engineer, green project management, FSC COC certificate manager, etc.As a new company, RECYCLE Env. currently provides services in different waste management fields for customers, such as Unilever, Amcor, Tetra Pak, Danone, Mars, SIG, Oatly, Disney, Pepsi, SABIC, L'Oreal, etc.

I will mainly introduces the commonly used foaming materials for transportation packaging of household appliances. At the same time, EPS foam is the most commonly used cushioning packaging material in the entire household appliance industry because of its high compressive strength, excellent cushioning performance, good processing performance and low cost. How to design the cushioning structure of EPS foam through CEA simulation technology, and how to carry out lightweight and thin design innovation of EPS foam have become the direction of our continuous research and breakthrough.
