In pursuit of substantial carbon reduction goals and production efficiency, Evonik has developed the VESTAMID eCO series of products based on chemical recycling and the mass-balance approach. Among these products, VESTAMID eCO E40 is a PEBA product produced using this technology. Like all products manufactured through the mass-balance approach, VESTAMID eCO E40 not only possesses authoritative mass-balance certification and a low carbon footprint but also retains all the physical properties and advantages of the conventional petroleum-based VESTAMID E40. This allows for a seamless switch between the two in actual production.
